you know what i have dropped the charge, only because i thought that if you don't get your prize you were supposed to click the "x". and i wasn't sure what that stood for and i went to go look in the rules and those were for the raffler and for the guy getting the prize to accept or decline. so i guess that this was all just a misunderstanding.
