Regarding your report on http://tf2r.com/kjupvq1.html, posting your trade offer url isn't enough most of the time. You usually need to add the raffler and message them, or send the trade offer yourself. Also, all rafflers have three days to deliver prizes before action will be taken, unless they block you or something. Did they?
