I swear that my friend did that. My friend Daniel took my phone and atarted mesaing with it sending stuff to my friend, posting offensive posts on my twitter and he made this raffle. I SWEAR that i did not create that raffle myself.
I never left. I always loitered around every so often, but I never could think of anything worth while enough to bother raffling.

It's mainly because in anything in a game or whatever, you like to be able to have rarer things. Take the Red Gyarados in Pokemon for example, no one sees it as valuable because it's so common yet if you catch a non Gyrados Pokemon you feel a lot more value to it, imagine you spent ages trying to get the one shiny you adore and then te next day everyone gets one for free.

Imagine you got really good score on exam and you feel proud of it. However, guy next to you used mirror to look at your answers and got the same score without effort. Would you feel nice? Same with achievement unlocker - it robs skill of any proof or meaning. But not only that, it gets worse. If you don't remember old Steam sales, you used to get really nice prizes during sales or in-game items for achievements. Once some asshole wrote achievement unlocker, next two sales were bland, dull, and lifeless, ditto for in game perks - because there is no point in doing these anymore. So, no, it isn't harmless, I still miss achievement hunt :(
