I don't invent anything "on the fly" as you say, I just don't deliver to anyone with 0/0 or negatives. If you created a quick 10/10 entry 1 minute crate raffle your neg would have been gone and you could have recieved your winnings, though you have now blown this way out of proportion.
I don't need to post rules, non-delivery is perfectly fine. As said, all you needed to do was one thing, no need to freak out.
