 To be honest, I just told him to change the hat because I didn't like it but he just shot down the Steam and insulted me. This is not even being greedy or people just QQ because they have more rep than me so they could get a better hat. I don't know, I reported all those scammers. I never had such as strange problem until now. Yakuza spammed my profile. LOL

 He started it. He came to my profile and called me out. I disagree with rep requirements. They are as contrary to raffling as anything can be. But I don't whine about rep reqs: I just enter the raffle. If the raffler won't deliver that's their prerogative. As far as me not raffling enough, I've raffled 6 hats, but I wasn't rep farming and used sane timers and slots. That combined with raffling late at night and you see my pitiful positive rating. I'd rather not talk anymore about it. He started it. I replied. I stated an opinion. The popular opinion of this site disagrees with mine. I know this.
