 Well, when I was 8 or 10 or so, I registered at my very first forum. At that time I was playing the game Need For Speed Underground, so my name became need my speed. Later, I started playing online games (Warrock, Combat Arms, et cetera), and need my speed was often too long or contained spaces or whatever. So I changed it to nlspeed; nl because I'm Dutch (Netherlands, hence the nl). Over the years, I lost my password (mostly of GMail accounts and Warrock accounts), and so I went from nlspeed to nlspeed1, nlspeed2, nlspeed3, et cetera. Eventually I had nlspeed112 (Dutch alarm number), and when I lost the password of that one, I bevame nlspeed911 (American alarm number, as I guess nearly everyone knows :P). The SPQR is unrelated, but I just love history, so I decided to make an avatar with Roman and Byzantine stuff on it.
