I find it a bit silly that a person would quit the site because of the actions of one winner. Also, while it would be nice for the person to know who signed the stranges, if you're that willing to raffle it in the first place, it shouldn't matter who it ends up with and what they do with it. Overall, this person didn't exactly have a sound interpretation of what it means to raffle and a bad attitude.
