Go to your profile, click the tab that says "Groups". It should show the groups you belong to. To the left of each group image should be (for each group) the words "Leave group". I forget how to delete screenshots, since I don't bother with them. I think all you need to do is go to each screenshot and somewhere there "should" be a delete button. I could be wrong on that.
Side note: If you want your story to be more believable, check your groups and your screenshots. Just sayin'.
