I understand that, but the policy on the site is that the substitute item has to be delivered as well. This is why people typically raffle crates as coupon items. You know what? This isn't worth getting all bitchy about; don't worry about the scrap... Just take this as a notice for if you do these raffles in the future, some people will probably want the sub item as well.
