I have given away about 2-3 refined, and prob so have you but i dont see you having 350 rep.
Also users with high rep prob already have like 50 vintage buds so you are just making them richer instead of, giving the items to people who don't have so much.
What other motivation do players who enter raffle have?

Yeah man I know. I've just always wanted one myself. I just hope you are happy with it and wear it with honor. Last time I entered a max raffle...the winner already had a max in his backpack, so he got an extra one which he probably sold to make a quick profit. I was pretty upset, so I hope you at least keep it instead of selling it because if someone was nice enough to give you a $70 hat, the least you can do is wear it lol.
