Sorry that I can't give great advice at this point since I'm still at home due to the final year of high school but I think that the independence it brings and the feeling of owning something/renting will help but bills might just undue that :P

 hey man I'm really glad to hear that. It is always good to have someone along your side no matter what situation. I just came up with the idea that life is kind of like a sine function, it will only go up once it has hit its lowest point. I wish you luck with the lease :)

 I'm sorry to hear about your situation but think of it this way once this finishes it will be a reference for worse times in your life that you are determined to avoid. If you wanna vent you can add me up. Anyways don't worry it will get better as unlikely as it seems
