Well it happens to be that I finally ended up finishing. I though I will go with more traditional style ( static page, shows who created that raffle, what items are in it and how much time left ) but like it took raffle page style ( to update list live ) and applied it to this page.
Also as side effect, I had to ban 5 people within first hour after release.
